How often do candidates get rejected by hiring committee? I completed my onsite interviews and recruiter told me they shared my packet with hiring committee and will get back to me with update within a week. I just wanted to know what’s the probability of getting rejected from HC ?? Google

Anyone with experience applying to ABP roles at Google and successfully getting an interview scheduled? How did you tailor your resume to the role despite the standard ABP JD being standardized and simple? I've been applying forever for ABP I & II roles and perhaps I've just been unlucky even with a referral.

I find that Google recruiters are sometimes unprofessional. Not in their words but their behavior. Eagerly invite me to phone calls and to apply for roles and offer to answer any follow up questions and stay in touch via email. Bug me to finish the application while not having answered any questions. Once the application is submitted immediately ghost and never answer the original follow ups. Nothing changed—my application resume and data is the same they used to reach out to me initially.
